Terms & Conditions

1. Services

WEGAS GROUP provides digital marketing services as described in individual service agreements. Services commence upon receipt of initial payment and signed agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly services are billed in advance. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

3. Cancellation

Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

WEGAS GROUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
